Why your posts about your services or products aren’t bringing clients or sales

You post pictures and videos of your services, yes it shows how good your work is. Imagine your social media is a conversation with your clients, your page is just screaming “ME!” “Here's my work” “Look what I can do”.  But you need to guide your clients to making that purchase/booking that appointment. Using your content in a strategic way to show them how you can solve their problem and why they should choose you.

Your content should do 3 things

Your content should do 3 things

Educate

This puts you in the authority figure and builds trust. For service providers being able to show why you do things a certain way, or walking a client through what the service will be like helps them understand. What they understand they can trust.

Example

For a med spa “ Botox vs fillers”

Esthetician “ home after care post facial”

Realtor “ when do I know I'm ready to purchase a home”

Relate

Talk directly to your clients pain points. This where the conversation starts you not telling them just to book. You see what they're struggling with and offering relief. They finally feel seen instead of being sold too.

Example

“ if you been dealing with…”

“Feeling overwhelmed doing this can..”

“This is for you if”

Guidance

Your content should move clients from interested to ready to book. You should show them the next steps, how their service fits their lifestyle, why now is the right time.

Example

  • “Here’s what your first appointment would look like”

  • “This is how this service solves [specific problem]”

  • “If this sounds like you, this is your next step”

Break things down clearly. Use sections.

Your content isn't just to show what you do. It should move people to through a decision. “ I like their work” to “ they know what their doing I trust them” to “ I'm booking right now”. This is why you should be intentional with your content.

I focus on strategy before content. Because without direction, even high quality pics won't help you convert your audience

When your content is aligned with your audience and their needs that's when real connection and increased bookings happens

If your content looks good but isn’t bringing in clients, it’s not a content issue…it’s a strategy issue.

If you need clarity on what to post and how to guide your audience toward booking, the Content Planning Intensive is designed for that.
